It was ok. I will not sail out of there just because the ship crew was not that great. We came to the conclusion that this was where they sent all the staff that could not handle the other ships. Last chance befor they got fired.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Main dining room was hit or miss with good food. Depending on what time you are if it was hot/dried out or even good.

Cruise director was fun and activities were ok. They could use a lot more dancing during the day and early evening. Shows were beginners not much talent.

Steel drummer, DJ and violinist were great. The others were not impressive.

Christopher and helpers in MD were really good. Bar wait staff excellent. Other personnel not so friendly. Our cabin Stewart barely said a word. Always looked very depressed and not happy to be there.

I love having the 3 bed on the ground and not a bunk. It was fine for us. Shower would clog and toilet barely had water in it.
Ship tip
Communication on board with staff was not good. Need to be more proactive on organizing and preventing problems. Enforce rules like dress codes. Nobody wants to see people in bathing suits at the buffet. No kids in hot tubs. Cut off drunks before they throw up in the pool.
Beautiful but really dumb that you can’t use the drink package from the ship since it’s the same bartenders/staff and alcohol they bring from the ship. Buffets on both sides should stay open for the same amount of time. One close 2 hrs early.
I don't understand your comment on breakfast being the same each day. There are numerous options; grill, omelets, blue iguana, dining room. Lighten up you are on vacation and you didn't have to prepare it or clean up after. Maybe I'm just lucky but in over 25 cruises, I can honestly say I've met a rude crew member. Just the opposite. They bend over backward to ensure you have a pleasant experience.
I was on that ship recently and it's not the greatest yet because it is pretty old but the staff was great.... I think a lot of times people have very high expectations of wait staffs and just people in general I think they did a phenomenal job!!
