Our dining room experience was great and enjoyable. Our Servers were very attentive, professional and helpful Rosario, Yasa, and Herculano were great and provided a great dining experience.

The entire staff of Carnival were great, attentive and professional. Enjoyed Nigel the Director throughout the entire cruise. Love his energy, professionalism and excitement. He was a pleasure to interact with. Our room attendant for all 3 cabins was amazing.

The entire cabin was clean and the beds were very comfortable, hot showers, and clean towels everyday upon request.

Ship tip

One piece of advice that I would suggest is either moving the Guest Services location or schedule another time for the violinist to begin playing music. Everyone goes to Guest Services to resolve issues or complaints and when they start playing the musing it makes it more difficult to hear which in turn creates frustration because the Representatives that are assisting sometimes have a strong accent and requires less noise and concentration to ensure you are receiving the information.
