Review summary

Cruisers need to know when going on the privated island that drinks are not free...Also for 4 days I paid. $1200,00.. That rate is of an 7 days cruise. I feel very disappointed and cheated.

Did someone force you to pay $1200 to book the cruise? You did see the total cost before you booked, right? To complain about paying for drinks because you didn’t research what is/is not included in your cruise is one thing, but complaining about what you voluntarily paid for your cruise AFTER your cruise is just silly.

Appreciate your feedback. Prices fluctuate by time of year, ports of call, offer you booked under and a few other options. It’s up to the passenger to find a TA, representative from the cruise line or own on line research to get the best deal available. Sorry you feel you paid too much and didn’t know what you were getting for what you did pay.

All inclusive only happens on the top tier cruise lines. Right now, some mid range lines are offering perks that for me make it pretty much all inclusive. If you travel on the cheaper lines, you will pay for all alcoholic, specialty coffee and soft drinks!

Wow $1200 for four days on a old small ship? Did you have the sky suite or something? I wouldn't say I was cheated if I knew the cost before I paid. If they over charged my credit card, that would be cheating. If I was unhappy with what I chose to pay. I would count that as a lesson learned.

Cruise lines have never claimed to be all inclusive. And not all private islands include the drink package from the ship. Ship is ship, Land is land.

Was this your first cruise? Maybe some luxury cruises are all inclusive but not main line cruises
