Thanks for sharing your cruise with us.

Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. You should already know Platinum and Diamond card holders are not receiving the perks. Cruising isn’t what it was before Covid. Perhaps you need to wait until things return to “normal”.

I been on the Elation once my wife & I had a blast, she did get sick the first night because of the stabilizer on the ship wasn't good which made the ship rock a little, but after that we really enjoyed our time no complaints. The ship is older maybe next time choose a different ship.

Good that you were pleased with getting on the ship and then getting off the ship. To bad your expectations were not met anywhere in between.

Sorry you didn’t get the service you feel you should have.

So what was lacking in the dining room service that kept you calling the managers?

Not sure what you expect from an old ship, a balcony that is exposed to sea air 24/7 is going to get rust. And the cruise line has already said to get your recognition gifts you needed to go to service desk

Thanks for the review. Lowered expectations are the key cruising during Covid. Cruising during Covid on one of the most oldest ships in the fleet was always going to be a challenge.
