Usually, you put your information in the system to let Carnival know when your flights are and that determine what time to debark. Well this time, Carnival was going by the higher floors. Everyone was upset and in the lobby with their luggage and wanted to get off the ship. Well, we didn't arrive to FL until after 8:30 and it was very slow!! We missed our flight.

Cruised on Elation this past September and had engine trouble as well. Missed Amber cove due to slow engine speed. Boat rocked the entire time, dont understand why Carnival continues to allow this to happen. Had an aft facing balcony, bathroom smelled like cat urine 🤢

Wow we changed our cruise in Miami to go a week sooner but from the reviews I don’t know if I want to go back on the Elation. Everyone was sick the first time we went on this ship because a storm ⛈ was near. The boat was moving way too fast. I hope they do much better this time or I’m jumping on another ship. It’s been some years since I’ve been on the Elation we cruise every year. May 25, 2020 I will post🤔

Cruising on this ship in July. I hope they have this ship fixed by then. Never been to either port and I’m really looking for to the Excursions we’ve booked.

I don't understand why Carnival doesn't dock this ship for repairs instead of worrying about losing out on a dollar they should focus on making people's cruises the best it can be.

I only ask as my cruise aboard elation is Feb 22. I gather it is last cruise itinerary before dry dock. I also read it is having technical issues with its azipod, which is effecting its speed and steering.

I assume you would have been reimbursed for each port for taxes and fees? Was there any additional refund or credit issued to each cruiser?
