It always amuses me when people go blindly into a cruise, or any vacation for that matter. When would you hand over a thousands of dollars and not get any details on your purchase?

Did they give you different cabin numbers than the ones you selected when you purchased them? Or did you just purchase the "best available" (cheapest) option and thought they would know to put your group in the same area. If so and you used a travel agent it is their fault. If you booked it yourself then your fault. Remember, if you don't book a particular room then you will get the room nobody wanted.
