We had a wonderful time and took the time to explore this time since we are already booked to return next year plus San Juan on a brand new ship.

We were in the Priority waiting room, they led the Diamond members out, then returned for the Platn. members, They never returned for the Suite holders but jumped right to the FTF holders. Aprox . 25 of us were forgotten. I did go question them and they flagged us ALL on board at that time.

The Dining Room Staff were great. Very friendly and polite. There was however one of the rudest most hateful acting bar tender named Nevena Petkova in the Drama Bar. She NEVER smiled, and walked past me 3 different times and goes over to the Casino waiters playing and dancing NOT waiting on any customers.

Our room steward Zya was AWESOME, she took great care of us, as did the rest of the staff with the 1 exception listed above. (Drama Bar bartender)

Be sure to catch the shows on board, they are great.
We loved the ride to and from the ship with our bicycle peddler #14 thanks doe the rides. The SKY BAR is a long way up, but totally worth it to my husband and myself.
Rented a Golf Cart and explored the island on our own, we had a large time. I regret that I forgot to tip the guy when we returned, but I am trying to reach him through our receipt to correct that.
