Our main dining rooms head waiter was Hosa and his partners were top of the line and care if we did not eat something on plates and ask could he get something else. He sincerely cared if something was not right.

Pedro, stateroom steward keep our room mint condition and always ask what he could do and where was my wife or if my wife was there he ask where I was. Was we ok.
