The overall experience was great. The weather cooperated most of the cruise and the crew we're all fun and friendly. Other than a few issues with the ship, one of the ships propellers quit working during the cruise and had to be repaired and of course the elevator was working in the atrium and only one soft serve machine, I would rate this a 7 out of 10

Ladies pampering and spa, good but I feel the massage was under my expectations. It was a late appointment and I didn't receive the full massage and it's wasn't deep tissue as my purchase was to be.

The atrium which is very busy only had one elevator working. That was a huge negative for our group. The areas were clean at all times

The stewards we're very helpful if we needed anything, they maintained our room very well. This was the best stateroom we've ever had

Purchase the faster to the fun package and internet package make sure to print out a map of the ship, in the hallways it's very easy to get disoriented to place
Due to the weather having us fogged in for an extra few hours folks were getting a bit disgruntled. However, it wasn't the crews fault or the cruise line and the crew did make it a little less stressful. The faster to the fun package also allowed us to be one of the first to disembark when the fog kifted
