Review summary

Pay for upgrade but there were no upgrade so I waste my money. ordered some items to be in my room for my wife’s birthday but half was done when I went to customer service they show me no respect at all. I love going on cruises but this one have been a hard pill to swallow.

Exactly = you were in a GRAND SUITE. There are no other “UPGRADES” you could have paid “extra” for.

U74 is a Grand Suite, which you stated you stayed in. What kind of Upgrade did you expect? It’s the highest rated category cabin on the Elation. I just stayed in U111 2 weeks ago and have U74 in February, both Grand Suites. Both spacious. The only difference, one port side, one starboard.

The upgrade is when you book you get a cabin higher up then what you paid for " free upgrades" it's included in the price depending on the promotion.
