I saw the workers help with wheelchairs every time I have been on any cruise.

Will be cruising on the Elation out of Jacksonville on 10/27/18!! Hoping the people at the port are ok because I need wheelchair assist!

Love Jacksonville port, the best experience every time. People there from the time you hit the parking lot are so over the top friendly it's almost weird. Always an awesome start to an awesome cruise.

We had absolutely no issues in. Jacksonville. We’ve sailed from there 3 or 4 times and never had an issue.

I've cruised out of Jacksonville twice on 2 different ships, no problem. I have cruised on Elation twice out of 2 different ports and never had a problem.

Port employees are not cruise employees. Local government employees. Don't judge the cruise line for that. Going through security is not a joyful experience either...but we don't blame the airlines. We just expect it, deal with it, put on our big girl britches and deal with it.

Half moon cay was the best part of the trip. What I was told about how wonderful a cruise was. I was disappointed.
