Review summary

I dailed on the Elation 8/13/18. Overall I loved the ship. The crew on this one are amazing. You really had a chance to get to know them personally. The food was good. The last evening seemed to have less of a selection on the lido deck. But I did eat so it wasn't that bad. The main dining room was rocky the one night we went. I love the selection on the lido so I chose not to eat in the dining room the other nights. There were plenty of things going on throughout the ship for adults. My daughter (14) said the activities on the Sunshine to were a little better. But it has more things to do. i.e basketball court, movie theater on lido, skywalk, etc. The cabin was nice as well. Wasn't in it enough to say it was missing anything. The usb ports were plentiful. Bathroom was not huge but it served its purpose. Layout was great. It didn't take the entire cruise to figure out where you were going and how to get there. The cruise director was great as well. Marq is very personable. So with that being said I am looking forward to possibly sailing in her again for Christmas 2019 it of Port Canaveral.

Faster to the fun purchased. Even though it is not a big port the there was a line. Having FTTF was worth it not waiting.

She is absolutely stunning decorated in her Christmas finery. We were very lucky on our honeymoon to have her dressed already late November. Hoping she's the same for our 8 th coming up this November! We prefer the smaller class ships and the slightly bigger Sunshine. Finding the transition if the Triumph to Sunrise intriguing as well. Happy Cruising!

It's one of our favorite because of the crew. Smaller ships are more personal. We're sailing her at Christmas. We can't wait.

Elat5is our favorite BECAUSE of the crew. It is one of the smaller ships so it is very easy to learn your way around.
