This was my first time on a cruise and it was amazing!!!!I want to send out an extra special THANK YOU to Kevin the cruise coordinator and to Ray our cabin guy for making our trip even better! Everyone on Elation’s was over the top happy, friendly& fun!!

Thought I was receiving a massage for one price because it was embarkment day special. Never was told the price only the value price I would pay. Massage was amazing but then when I thought I was paying like $39 I get a bill for $194. Went back 3 different times to speak to the manager to be told it was my mistake and that’s how it was, and I was the only one to misunderstand it so I must be lying. Was a great massage but I was so upset and in tears when I walked away w the bill then stressed about trying to talk to someone, then the manager being like that, massage was useless. Felt like I was taken advantage of and misled because it was my first time. Won’t make that mistake again. Was only disappointed thing of the whole cruise ☹️

Everyone was over the top friendly, except one problem at the spa. Our room steward Ray was EXCELLENT!!! Was friendly, helpful, always happy and loves what he does and is great at it!!! Kevin the ship coordinator was FABULOUS!!! He really made the cruise fun, and made us feel like we had known him a lifetime. Makes me only want to go if he’s there!!
