Room Steward was my wife's favorite person on the cruise, Reysiska was always ready with a smile and room was immaculate! Even had the towel animals and other special touches showing she cared about the experience, not just doing a job. You should make her a trainer, all of the staff could learn from her.

TV should have a Movie library on-board, (very easy to do), and more channels than CNN for news.
Kevin the cruise director had everything spelled out and explained and the crew worked around having elevator issue to make it very quick and painless.
