Some food ordered did not receive, our table was not served for about 20 minutes, which everyone was about to leave when waiter came and took our order.

My bottle of wine was taken from my suitcase and a letter was in it to pick it up the the morning leaving ship. To stand in line, wait and then only to be told they had to open it and discarded it was absolutely uncalled for! Then since my bottle of wine was taken, I tried to get a cheers package as my friend got free drinks at the casino, I was told I had to purchase 2. I don't think that was treating a customer very well. The lady at the bar next to customer service was about the rudest person I came in contact with beside the lady at customer service.
