Review summary

I loved the cruise, the crew, the ship, almost everything about the whole experience except the Carnival customer service (or lack there of) before the cruise. I definitely will cruise again, but don’t know if we will cruise with Carnival.

I gave it a 5 so it would not reflect badly on the staff. The Coast Guard did a surprise inspection so we were delayed getting on. It was very crowded and hectic, but again, that was no fault of the crew.

Our room steward, Made, was absolutely amazing!!! We all loved him!!!!

It rained during our port the entire time, but it was still the most beautiful place! You can’t even describe the blue water and soft sand, it was just awesome!

@emmamacomber if you booked excursion through Carnival they will give you your excursion tickets with date, time, and meeting place on the ticket

I have never had an issue with guest services on the ship, the 800 CARNIVAL #, or with my PVP. Been cruising w/Carnival since 1993. Cruise #23 next month & #24 in October
