Review summary

I had a great time and can't wait to go on another cruise. Going to try to take my adult children with me on my next cruise so they can see God's beautiful creation out there in the Caribbean. Hopefully can catch a cruise that leaves from Baltimore port so we don't have to drive so far.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
This was my first cruise so I think it went fine.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Excellent, but we were disappointed that we had to pay extra for lobster at dinner.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
I think you need an adult only swimming pool, or just another pool. The one pool was always full of kids.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Great, would of enjoyed some movies though.

Children's Programs

Didn't take kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
They were excellent!!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
they did an excellent job keeping the place cleaned up.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The size was fine but it needs an upgrade. Walls painted and bathroom floors redone.

Ship tip

Relax and have fun!!!

Ports of call

Jacksonville, Florida

3 out of 5
It took a long time to get through the customs, other than that, it was fine.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

5 out of 5
This was my favorite part of the whole trip!! It's just beautiful there with fun activities to enjoy.

Nassau, Bahamas

3 out of 5
This place was a little crazy. Trying to find a bus to get us around the island took a very long time. once we found a bus we were on it for an hour picking up and dropping off other people. The people there were very annoying trying to sell stuff, but I guess that's how they live. It was a very interesting experience.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
Disembarkment went well. Waiting for a shuttle bus to take us back to our hotel took forever though. We wound up paying another person to get us back to Days Inn.

Being in Indiana, no port is close. we are retired so when we drive down, we make the departing port part of the vacation.
