all of the staff was super friendly and did an awesome job! everyone went out of their way to say hello to my children and made us feel comfortable. the food was awesome and the wait staff was great and friendly!

You are right about that--Carnival's customer relations is the standard for personalized service. Once any of the bartenders, waiters, ANYONE who deals with the public, gets a hold of your name you'll hear it repeated endlessly. Elation does a good job of feeding and entertaining at a low price.
