Review summary

Half-moon Cay was awesome.

Wouldn't recommend Any Time Dining. Caused us to wait over 30 minutes for dinner if we wanted to eat whenever we wanted. Caused us to be late to a few activities we wanted to do. Shows were ok, but there weren't many of them, only 2 on a 5 day cruise. Comedy shows every night. Sea day tea time was good. Not a lot of pushy sales for alcohol.

Had 4 in the room and converted to bunk beds for more space. Good a/c. Sink drained slow. Could have used some maintenance.

They really should call "Any Time Dining" what it is: "Whenever We Want To Seat You" Dining. Want real food? Try Chef's Table aboard Elation, or ANY Carnival ship. It's the same. NOLA was the place from which to cruise. Outstanding attractions including a REAL gustatory capital. Then came Carnival Elation and my cruise with my daughter. Well, I booked Chef's Table which was...populated by people who had no idea what they were eating and displayed their notion of "dressing" by wearing a black "formal" t-shirt. Same thing was repeated two years later aboard Carnival Victory. If you don't believe me, watch my video and compare your Elation experience with mine.

Tea time is one of those things that could be so much better, but then you realize that we should be glad they haven't rid of it as a part of cost-cutting
