Review summary

The whole boat Crew and all needs a whole overall done .It was bad .Worst cruise I have been on with the Carnival Fleet . There is no Carnival sea side movie theater .Food in dining room was not like the other 10 ships we had been on and the staff was just not personal like the other ships .just needs to be more updated Needs UPDATING BAD

on my cruise I talked to some of the staff and they told me they work six months straight and only get hours off no day's off. Then after 6 months the get replaced etc.

If you did your due diligence in researching this ship, you would have seen the amenities listed. Its not fair to rate a ship that you yourself didnt investigate. As for the food, again this ship is older and has different choices. Staff when I sailed on her last year was full of life and had fun. Maybe they were at the end of their contracts and just tired. Or maybe they were just tired of you and your high expectations. You're on vacation just enjoy being away!

It was odd- we cruised the Elation last Sept and the 1st day aboard, the staff seemed tired and tired of it. Next day, they were back to smiling, friendly crew members...

Going into dry dock for a month August/September. Getting a lot of 2.0 upgrades.
