Review summary
Took this cruise out of convenience to our home in Brunswick, GA and because it went to Key West, FL. Food wasn't too bad. We had dining that was not set and we sat at some tables where the service was good but they did not keep the table clean if crumbs or liquid was present. On other cruise lines, they almost immediately cleaned the table. Some waiters had little to no personality, however, some were excellent.
The rooms were very outdated as this is an older ship. Carpet was patched where they removed the TV stand and it looked horrible. The old style TV was super old and the picture was so bad the contrast made it almost impossible to watch. After two+ days of asking for them to adjust it they finally made it somewhat better. Bathroom tile was somewhat moldy.. Onboard entertainment was the worst that I have ever seen.
The port authority staff were the worst. On return we had to wait almost an hour and a half to get to customs because their system was horrible. If I had it to do all over again I would leave from another port and go for a longer cruise.
