Review summary

The ship needs renovations and remodeling. The ship was falling apart: things held tg by tape, windows missing or broken, dirty windows. The whole ship just needs a remodeling.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Sit down dining was nice. The burgers were not very good and the Mongolian steam/ smoke made waiting in line miserable.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
Kept everyone active. Just expensive to participate!

Entertainment

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
One small room for kids with not much offered. A father told me he was disappointed about that.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Our waiters Ian & William were kind and funny. The bus boy Coastin @ Tiffanys was pleasant and smiled alot.

Ship Quality

1 out of 5
Very old style. Broken windows and dirty windows that you can't see through.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The size was fine for us. The button to flush the toilet was dirty and we only got one towel animal our whole stay. That was sad. The one puppy we received our first night was cute just wanted more like everyone else got.

Ship tip

If you need to go up or down one floor just take the stairs it's a lot quicker than the elevators.

Ports of call

We were on it during Matthew they kept us far away from the storm. Must have been a rowdy 4 day cruise the week before.

Seriously... I would like to see that picture as well. I was on the Elation in September, and yes, it's showing the character that comes with thousands of passengers a week, but it was clean and showing no disrepair.. BTW, when did you cruise aross444? You haven't listed your cruise history...

I would love to see a picture of a missing or broken windows.
