Review summary

all in all it was a fun cruise. There were a couple of issues that I think carnival should address. 1 the fact thatthe layout for the smoking section in the drama bar makes no sense.all of the smokers have to stand at one corner of the bar where there are air purifiers that do no good. 2 when the buffet was shut down the other areas like pizza and deli did not seem to have enough help because there were always lines. 3 we booked in ocean view because they only balcony is on this ship are expensive suites, but we could not see out most of the time because our window was so dirty on the outside. other than those things we had a great time in the dance bar and with some of the other entertainment on board. The majority of the crew was extremely friendly

the only thing that made this port worthwhile was the fact that we went to the Mayan ruins at Uxmal

I hope that Carnival reads some of your concerns. It is a shame that they can't keep the windows clean on cruise ships. I live by the ocean and I know that I have the same trouble.
