An older style, but completely lovely. Our room was much bigger than I thought, the staff was great, the entertainment was great as well.

You should definitely buy an excursion package at this port, otherwise you are gong to be in trouble.

Get on a taxi to the other side of the island and go to Senor Iguanas (not with kids though!)

Pros: food, friends, entertainment, Cozumel

Cons: the stop in Progreso was not the best, and we got a little motion sick
