Review summary
The ship was very clean, everywhere you went. Our room, though the 'cheap' option, was much bigger than we had expected- there was plenty of storage for us over-packers, and the beds were very comfortable. For dinner you were assigned a table, which worried us at first but we were seated with other couples around our own age, as it seemed most people were. The staff was very friendly, and there was always plenty to do. I would highly recommend a cruise on the Carnival Elation to anyone.Ship experiences

Pros: everyone was incredibley friendly, the room was much bigger than we expected and the beds were amazingly comfortable
Cons: the food was good, but not great at the day buffet--dinner in the dining room was pretty good, and got progressively better throughout the cruise
