It is a good cruise for the first timers but not for those who have been on different cruiselines.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
The food is mass-production type of quality. Not enough variety and has no different culture flavours. Dining times & ambiance is good.

The comedy show is great. The activities need some improvement.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
some of the staff are very friendly but most of them are not. The information staff need to be speak fluent English. Our dining waiter and assistant and our housekeeper are excellent.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
small ship, gym layout is poor as you have to go through a spa??? The ship is clean and decor is tacky.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
The room is roomy and comfortable but it's noisy. The bathroom is a little stinky.

Don't Miss: nothing

dirty and boring. Shopping is lousy.
Don't Miss: nothing

Pros: met some wonderful people at dinner

Cons: no seating choices when you have lunch in the imagination room even though there were many non-occupied tables

Recommends Carnival Elation? No.
