No. In fact, I don't believe any Carnival ship has single occupancy cabins.

Just to clarify: you can book cabins for single occupancy, but they are double occupancy cabins. You must pay the fare for the second bed, but you don't have to pay for the taxes/fees/port expenses (nor the gratuities) of the second.
