All guests embark on Deck 7 - this includes wheelchairs and scooters

we were on deck 14, so our only issue was that there was only one set of elevators that went to that deck. we had no other issues. Have a great cruise!

they will have an elevator blocked off for those with wheelchairs and such. my aunt needed a wheelchair getting off and they had 1 elevator open for those passengers. extremely easy. might take a bit longer, but just have patience

My wife uses a mobility scooter too, we had no trouble navigating on the Elation. I believe embarkation was onto the third deck. Not to worry, lots of elevators to use too.Have a great time!

Thanks everyone. We have several batteries if one needs to be replaced. Looks like a lot of walking uphill for people in their 70's and above. But we will make it work out of that port.

The scooters and Wheelchairs use the ramp for EMBARKATION. Make sure your battery is fully charged to get up the ramp!!! Elevators are normally not used for Embarkation or Debark.

There is no elevator to use for Embarkation. All guests enter on Deck 7 via the ramp and gangway.
