Terrible bed was not a king it was 2 twins put together which You can’t sleep next to your partner because you will be in an uncomfortable crack where the 2 bed meet

All the ships push two twin beds to make a Queen. We never had a problem with it.

Tip for the crack between the beds. First they ALWAYS push two twins together so I always ask for a topper. So far I e always been able to get one

Yes all kings are 2 twins. Cruise director on Ecstasy is awesome! Hate to say it but seems like you didn’t take advantage of anything properly on the ship. We loved our cruise on Ecstasy!
