Loved the aquariums but hard to find the last tiny one . Maps and directions are not clearly posted

The food everywhere was delicious..our wait staff in the main dining room were fantastic!!

Most activities were fun. The spa treatment I had was terrible and very over priced..I got fire and ice manicure and pedicure. I received a 40 dollar coupon and a 50 dollar birthday gift card. When I went to make my appointment I asked how much the service was and showed them both my coupons. She said it was 129.00 and to bring my coupons and give them to the mail tech. When I went back for my appt I gave her both..after we got started I picked out my nail polish . The tech said it was an extra 25.00 for the gel polish..that's ridiculous..its only 5 dollars at home..my tech was very nice but way to inexperienced. She said she was doing nails about 4 months..she spent more time wiping her hands off then working on me..she barely filed my nails before painting them..the hot stone massage was nice but that's about the only part I enjoyed..when we went to do my feet she was very clumsy. She cut one of my cuticles to much and it hurt..she dropped the UV light several times and burned her finger. One of my toes ended up with a big bubble in the polish and had to be redone..when she cashed me out she did it wrong..was charged 190.00..then she took it back to have it fixed..then I was charged 170.00 ..I gave her a 10 dollar cash tip not knowing they already charged me 25.00 gratuity on the bill..by then I was in a hurry to get back to my friends for dinner..during dinner I looked at my bill and also noticed they charged 25.00 extra for gel finger polish and 25.00 extra for toe gel polish..they did not tell me I would be charged for both..they also did not take off my coupons..I went back to the spa later and complained..they refunded the 170.00 and were supposed to recharge the correct amount. So should have been 129.00 plus 25.00 for the gel polish and then the gratuity. So should have been aprox 170.00 minus 90 in coupons..they still charged me 145.00..that's crazy I can get this service done at home for less then 100.00 including tip by a way more experienced tech...my nail polish already is turning black around the tips and one nail the polish is all rippled up..they look horrible after only 4 days and I'll have to go to get them fixed at home..I'm very dissatisfied with this super overpriced and terrible service. I will never ever go to a ship spa again..

The wait staff in the main dining room were fabulous..the bartenders were fun and anyone we had interaction with were just as friendly as could be..Yudi that took care of our room was amazing..us being in and out of our room all day and half the night we made quite the mess and he had our room in tip top shape every day..the bartender at the martini bar was fantastic as well Katina made the best drink I have ever had and she was super sweet..I saw her the next morning at the rolls Royce coffie shop and she remembered my name and made me a yummy chocolate shake..she was a sweetheart..

The ship is starting to show its age..it was clean and nice but deff needs lots of updates. Will pick a more modern boat next time

The room was nice. Had nice view our steward was fantastic he cleaned up our messes every morning and we went back to clean beds and bathroom every day..no complaints here.

Was easy to get out but was way to early..I know they have to turn the ship over in a few hours for the next group but I would have liked to stay on the ship for a few more hours..
