The person assigned to our cabin we saw once when we boarded. Didnt see him again. Our bedding wasnt changed once. The stains my daughter left on the sheets were still there when we went to bed. A towel had stains on it when we went to use it.On board casino credit I didnot get.

@nita77 i agree with u . she was our first cruise as well and we are also going in Oct . how i see it is YOU are what makes your cruise either enjoyable or crappy lol . i thought the food was awesome .shows were great staff couldnt have been any nicer . just an all around blast .

That sucks. Hopefully it was just an off week. I’m a foodie so I need good food. Lol. I never expect cruise buffets (lunch/dinner) to be good. To me it’s always mediocre (but I do love the breakfast & the late night buffet). I expect Guy’s Burgers, Blue Iguana Cantina & the dining room (brunch & dinner) to be good, so I’m keeping my fingers crossed.

The ecstasy was our first cruise and we loved it so much that we booked another one for October. It was awesome. If you didn’t like the food in the dining room or buffet then eat burgers or pizza. Both awesome alternatives. Yes the ship is older. Naturally it’s gonna have issues but with that being said it was your cruise and if you had a bad time then so be it. Hopefully you’ll give it another try. Maybe next time will be better.

I was on this ship this past weekend and I am not one to complain at all but the food was not good. I ate guys burgers more than anything. Everything else in my opinion was ok. Probably will never sail this ship again tho. It was my husband's first on Carnival and he don't want to get on another carnival ship due to the lack ofs.
