Review summary
This boat was very disappointing. My 13 and 14 year olds were bored .Food was not always available unless you wanted to eat pizza. Main dining room .. We were in the wind star... Ordered steak it was chewy and never cooked property... Food was always cold .I know they have to cook it elsewear and bring it up but... They need a new system. Last day I received my bill and for some reason there was still a balance owed. I called at 5:45am to tell them something was wrong They looked at the account and ran the card again without problem .So when we went to leave 2 hours later I was stopped telling me I had a balance and needed to see customer service before I got off the ship!!!! I was mortified#!!! Alll these people looking at me like I can't pay my bill. They had to pull my and my kids aside and we had to wait for them to call cuatomer service. It was embarrassing!!!! My second cruise with carnival and it may my last!!!!Embarkation

Food was poor service was ok ate here three nights and on two nights the silverware was dirty (3rd night had to change spoons 4 times!!! Gross) I wasn't asked if I wanted a refill ... Just not what I hoped it wouls be
