You are not getting any results from posting your problems here. No one that can possibly fix things will ever see it. Besides it is so badly written no one could tell who you have a problem with or even what you problem is. Was your issue even with Carnival or was it with a third party? If this is how you word your complaints and ask for help it is easy to see why you do not get results.
“Your phone support”? This isn’t the Carnival feedback site, and I doubt the cruise lines searches this forum for info on their cruises. I always print or take a picture of all details (OBC, packages, excursions) to present to guest services in the event of a disconnect...
