WORST CRUISE EVER !

For starters as soon as we (me & my cousin) walked into the room it smelled like pee ewww , it was also 3 flies in the room that we had to kill before anything which was disgusting. We thought we were getting 2 single beds , we ended up in bunk beds , we've only been in the room for about 20mins & it was freezing , we then left the room came back & realized it was unbearable .. soo we called to ask about it & they basically said there was nothing they could do here are some blankets it nearly took them 2hours to bring us the blankets .Months before the cruise we were excited to try all the food places they so call had on the ship & the whole time all we saw were burgers , pizza , ice cream & dinner . There was definitely a lot of movement on the ship which gave us a lot of motion sickness you could barely walk in a straight line it felt like you were drinking . They also tried to charge us for things we were unaware of & they so call give you 20$ to spend & don't tell you about . They also charged me & my cousin "service gratuity" twice & our accounts were joint so that means we paid 4 times & when we went to complain about it she tried to act like she didn't know what we were talking about until we threatened to call customer service , not to mention we paid almost 230$ in service gratuity & she only tried to give us back 30$ in cash! The " fun days at sea" are boring they don't occupy you with enough entertainment , the food at dinner was horrible I had 1 meal the same thing every night . Also it took house keeping about 3 days to get the cups out of our room he/she didn't clean jus changed the towels & made a little bed animal & half of the time we didn't even know what they were . They say " free 24hr room service" , but we go to order something & first off we don't even have a menu in our room , it took them 3grs to bring us one , it's like 5 things on it & the only thing that was free was peanut butter & jelly sandwiches like really I could have saved my money & stayed home for that . The ladies at the customer service desk act like they don't understand you or know what your talking about just so they can keep charging you for stuff & take your money . It's 5$ a day for wifi or 22$ for the whole cruise , Soo I got 22$ for the whole cruise .. bad idea it's the slowest service ever , it goes on & off on its own stops working when it feels like it , it was horrible . If I could get a full refund I swear I would it was the worst vacation I've ever been on I honestly couldn't wait to go back home.
