Review summary

Good, but not great. Smoking from Casino filled hallway and restaurants near by. Most unpleasant.

Too few activities--most were selling vehicles for products and services.

I just got off the ecstasy yesterday and will be going back in 6 weeks. We enjoyed our stay. A cruise is what you make of it. Just read all the reviews. Several are great and several are bad. Just read all you can so you kinda get a feel and know what to expect. My husband and I were waited in hand and foot. The staff is great. The ship is dated and the food is typical buffet style food.

It can feel that way, especially all the obnoxious photography. Ugh. I just ignored it, when I wanted to ignore it. They smoke in the casinos in all or most of the Carnival ships. It's awful if you have to walk through the casino. Gag a maggot. You just have to tolerate it. I still think, in spite of the cigarette smoking and sales pitch feeling, it's still a hell of a bargain vacation! I love it! It is what you make of it. But what isn't?
