Review summary

The overall trip is relaxing, but do not expect good food from the look-nice menu.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

1 out of 5
The lobster dinner was terrible. Overcooked and salty. Materials were not in good quality. Had a very bad diarrea on the third day and ruined the shore excursion.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
It was difficult to see the shows from rear seats. Chairs were very old and damaged. Some programs did not occur on time or "diasppeared".

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Some were polite. Some stared at you without smiles. Cannot expect much from their Engish if emergency. The information desk staff was not friendly.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

1 out of 5
Noisy because it is close to the rear. No hair dryer.

Ports of call

Progreso (Merida), Mexico

3 out of 5
We went to Uxmal and expected a hiking. But it was more for "matured" guests.

Cozumel, Mexico

We went to highlight shopping. Saw some nice restaurants.

Pros: Shows

Cons: Food
