Food quality was not consistent, the main dining room food was good, but my steak was overcooked and not hot, the buffets were good, but suffered the same problems, food that should have been served hot wasn't. The cheeseburger, Mongolian barbecue, barbecue and omelet bars were good, but the food was prepped right then. I ended the cruise eating mainly items made as I watched.

Trivia, whiskey tasting and karaoke, were all well led and well done.

Ships stewards, waiters and bar tenders all made a point of using our names and thanking us.

Everything was clean and well maintained. There are opportunities for improvement, especially in the common dining areas.
Cabin / Stateroom

The room was kept clean. It's a cabin on a ship, it's small. There is only one plug for anything you bring that needs to be plugged in and none near the bed. Very inconvenient when you think of all the devices we carry that need to be plugged in.
Ship tip
Focus on food that is prepared on the spot or don't need to be served hot. Take lots of walks outside on deck 5, you can go all the way around the ship and see some stunning sunsets/sunrises! Catch as many shows as you can! Use the Carnival Hub app on your phone!
We went to Passion Island in a jeep that we got to drive through a jungle, it was fun and while we with a group it was intimate because we did the driving.
