Review summary
The cruise was very fun. All of the kids (4yrs +) had a great time!!!!!! There was so many things for them to do on the ship. My only complaint was that I promised $120 spending credit for the cruise. It never showed up on Carnival Hub so my husband and I weren't able to buy anything like drinks or souviners which was very dissapointing. When I went to the Customer Service desk to complain, they showed me were it was on the app but for some reason they werent able to click on it to show it so they just to me that there's nothing that they could do about it. I was very upset about that. The only thing thst they gave me was a 1-888 number that I wasn't able to call until got off the ship in which my problem still wasn't solved. Not happy about that at all.Embarkation
