Review summary

Very unorganized. The glass elevators didnt work. Some flooding on some floors. Embarkation and debarkation was horrible. Will not go on this ship again.

Embarkation

Horrible. They had us arrive a hour later than scheduled and the ship was still not there. Then they used the elevators for luggage. We had to take the stairs the first day. Water we had pre purchased to be in our cabin was not there either.

Pretty good variety. But not as good as some reviews.

It rained the first 2 days so didnt get to the pool. And then it was so humid and hot the rest of the time. But out last see day was great.

Fun. But didnt make it to many due to missing times and not knowing my way around.

Our room steward was amazing and the staff was too. Very helpful.

Ship Quality

Layout was confusing. They had flooding in certain floors due to a storm prior to our cruise. Smelled musty in certain areas. They needed more maps and more instruction for first timers.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was roomie for my mom and I. We had 2 large luggage that fit in the closets and had room to store everything out of the way. Having the balcony was great. Bathroom is small of course. Low water pressure in the shower as well. And the shower water dried out my skin soo bad.

Ports of call

Galveston, Texas

They had issues and the ramp to connect to the ship and land fell in the water and had to be fixed. So it took for ever to get on and leave.

Disembarkation

Took for ever. We had to get off on level 0. Elevators only took us to 1. And there was no help with luggage to get to the lower level. It took few hours longer than planned.
