Review summary

The hot tub's and the pools we're closed most of the time, the food was the worst I've ever had on a cruise and the slides were close to which was really upsetting that's one of the reasons I have taken that particular cruise. The things I liked about it was that they have a sushi bar and guys hamburger shop that was pretty good another negative is they didn't have enough bartenders and workers and some of them had an attitude and they were still working on the ship blocking halls laying tile down they took the boat out of drydock a week or two to soon I wish I had never been on that ship it left a very terrible taste in my mouth

sorry you had a bad experience. we sailed on 2/19 and it was wonderful. We were for the most part able to find seating, the service in some bars was a bit slow, but heck, we experience the same thing at bars in the city. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Our room eas lovely and cleaned 2x per day. I really have no complaints.

We sailed on the Dream right as it came back from drydock. The slides did not work the first 2 days but did open on Tuesday afternoon at sea. The hot tubs - from boarding until about Tuesday late afternoon only 1 or 2 worked and was the same scenario the entire cruise. People that did not lv boat for excursions said they were never on while in port either. However, the service was THE BEST I've everrrr had on a carnival cruise and the food was much better. Guys burgers, Cantina, BBQ place we're new. Hub is NOT available yet (read it's coming late March) we had a great time even though a few things weren't always working. I do believe however they ran out of time while in drydock to finish other things I.e. Slides, hot tubs & other things crew was working on

I have been on the Dream 6 times and never had a problem with the service or food. The only time the pool or slide were closed was because of bad weather.

I sail on March 5th. I hope these things are working by the time I am on board because those are the two activities that I am looking most forward to.

they did get the pools an slide working yes it was a couple days in... but we didn't have hottubs till the end of cruise last day an then idont even know if they were all open but like i said im not complaning id really rather be there then here lol

i sort of agree with waht this person has post it is true we did not have hot tubs or pools or water slides as for bad attitudes i found nobody with a bad attitude i had an amazing time i rather be on vacation then at home where i gotta goto work just my oppinion i think they do have the issues fixed by now i cant be for sure tho

YOU CANNOT MAKE SOME PEOPLE HAPPY. They find one thing wrong and then nothing is OK the rest of the cruise.

If you didn't do your homework then who's fault is that. A cruise is only as good as your attitude. Don't like it or can't work around it I don't know what to tell you. Try it again, call customer service before hand and ask questions they can tell youa lot.

Still not right. Sailing on a construction site can't be fun, what it is dead wrong. MDR stands for MIlwaukee , Dewalt , Ryobi , I think not , Total BS on Carnivals part our any line that does this.
