very depressed area, not a good place to visit while on vacation

Pros: great entertainment, food & service

Cons: Flight arrangements by Priceline were horrible, placed on standby flights for 6 month prior arrangements and traveling with a handicap child

Recommends Carnival Destiny (RETIRED) 28? Yes!
