I am writing to you regarding my recent cruise with your company, Carnival Conquest. I have traveled on several cruise lines and Carnival Conquest has been by far the worst room experience I have ever had on a cruise. The room you selected for us was terrible and dangerous. We experienced our personal items and drinks shacking and sliding off the desktop onto the floor. The bathroom door hit me in the head while I was standing in front of the closet. I am so disappointed because this was my daughter and niece's first adult cruise. I am hoping you can help with a redress for this horrible experience with our room.

As others have said, Carnival will never see this review. You need to contact their guest care department directly. As far as the room selection, this is why I NEVER let the cruise line pick my cabin. More often than not you are put into a less desirable cabin. Did you not close the bathroom door? With the normal movement of the ship the doors if not properly secured will swing. This review reads like someone who slammed their hand in the door of their car and then complained to the automaker about it.

The others have covered the confusion with this review. Sorry if the seas were so rough that your glass wear slid off the counter, there is nothing the cruise could have done to prevent it. Normal movement isn’t enough to do that.

We were on the Conquest in March 2019 and it was wonderful. Out of our 10 cruises, it was the only Carnival ship we had been on and one of favorite cruises,

How did a bathroom door hit you in the head? If you didn’t close it and rough seas forced a swing, the cruise line is not at fault. If the door were closed, it wouldn’t just open on its own. Shaking/rough seas, again, is not the fault of the cruise line.
