Review summary

The Food was also excellent. I will not go to on a Carnival Cruise again because the Casino staff at the Craps Table refused to payout my winnings ($290) on my betting. I bet the same way, I mirrored my friends bet, they paid her and refuse to pay me. I said I had the same bet, pull the video, and they refused. Even the Manager/Boss refused to do so. NEVER AGAIN WITH CARNIVAL. this was my first cruise ever

I give 5 Stars to the Service and Staff as to the person that cleaned my room, Illilias, and my dinner table server, Fathor, but the staff of the Casino in particular the staff working the tables -1 star. The Staff at the Bar at the Casino Excellent

Ship was clean, but you could the aging of the ship. There was rust and rusted out spots on the ship.

Oh no! Seriously Carnival⁉️ you’re going to loose a 1st time cruiser over this? Customer Service training 101 ~ the client, especially those w/ “receipts” are ALWAYS right! You lose nothing since you’re a multi-billionaire enterprise & at the Casino, we all know “the house always wins.” Over 15 ago, my first cruise was also Carnival, one & done for me. 20 cruises later, never looked back. So sorry to hear about this happening to you on your 1st cruise experience. All the best on your future cruises. Happy Cruising 😎⚓️🤩❣️‼️
