I didn't get a chance to dine in the dinning room due to the clothing attire, which needs to be changed just a lil, not everyone have formal attire, some ppl only have casual attire in their closets, some ppl don't own dress shoes so casual sneakers should be accepted

I didn't get to many of the activities they were hard to locate and the staff was to rude to answer questions

front desk/ customer service staff was rude in handling issues and situations, the drink waiters were not being honest with the prices of the souvineer cups filled with drinks which cause for discrepencies with our bill, i had to dispute several overcharges regarding that
