Review summary

This cruise trip overall was great except a billing issue on what we didn't consume. We love the experience on Half Moon Cay. The staff members were very nice and working diligently to keep the guests satisfied.

The service and staff are pretty good in general but I do have a complaint on a room charge. When we embarked, there was a bottle of purified water ($4.25) offered in the room (8205). On the second day after the room cleaning, one more bottle was added to the room. We didn't consume those two bottles of water during our entire trip. However, there was a charge on my account for a bottle of water on the third day when we came back from Half Moon Cay. I communicated with the guest service desk but this issue was not resolved and I was charged for a bottle of water that I never consumed in my trip.

Appreciate details. Sorry about the water charge. Like you, we don’t want even small mistakes on our card. We check frequently and try to get them resolved. Glad you enjoyed your cruise otherwise.
