Review summary

This is my 4th cruise and probably my last with carnival. Rude staff. Not helpful and all.. Housekeeping because we didn't pay him ahead of time didn't do anything extra

I have been on 21 cruises on different lines!, and have never encountered a rude staff member. I believe that if you treat people with respect, they act in kind.
