Review summary

Overall, I had a better time than expected. This was my first cruise. I also recommend this time of year because there are almost no kids, which was great because kids are gross.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
It was smooth and easy. It was much better than anticipated.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was all on par with what I’d have expected good but not great.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There’s plenty to do. This was a short cruise though, so that worked to its benefit.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
I saw 2 shows, played some trivia, and a few other odds and ends. It was all lovely.

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful. Bar service is intensely slow though. It has to be by design. There’s no way it was that slow naturally.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
It all made sense to me.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
I’m happy with the cabin overall. It was a bit small though, especially the shower.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

5 out of 5
We did a snorkeling and beach day kinda thing. It came with lunch and was fine. No complaints.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Way smoother than I’d have expected.
