Review summary

Above expectations. We had been on the Conquest in 2017 we think and we are so happy to have cruised again on her. Excellent stage shows and Excellent food. Far above others in the Carnival Fleet.

We thought that the Conquest food was much better than other ships in the Carnival Line.

Pizza Pirate

Pizza was ok two days and last night of the cruise Sunday night it was awesome. Not burnt or half made because they have to work so fast. It is always so busy with very long lines and need more pizza staff for this popular comfort food and children's favorite food. The staff work very hard. Also, on the hub I noticed it said Pirate Pasta. I was so excited to be told the app was wrong they don’t do pasta and pizza anymore. It should be removed from the app under food if it hasn’t been done already.

Excellent staff and quick service. We just came off two cruises that must have been understaffed and much slower service. Also, quick for breakfast. Thank you Fernando!!!!

The stage shows were awesome. Again, much better than other ships in the Carnival Fleet. Sorry that they won’t be on the Celebration Transatlantic Cruise.

Service staff in Main Dinning Rooms for breakfast and dinner were excellent. A shout out to excellent customer service to Kristina who seemed to be everywhere from Buffet to Main Dinning Room to make sure guests were happy. I forget her title but perhaps an assistant supervisor.

We tried an inside cabin. We always have a balcony. But the size was good and the cabin was clean.

Have patience on short cruises. Lots of newbies like you were once.

We love Nassau. We did not do an excursion. We have been to Nassau a couple of a dozen times. Always something to do in Nassau.

Disembarkation

We were self carry off and went to the dinning room where the status cruisers sit. Noticed that many where blue and red cards that were not with another with status. Unfortunately because they were not checked it caused a little less peaceful disembarkation. As they didn’t understand the process caused staff and cruises frustration due to them complaining. There will always be complaints but by being proactive may help staff on their busy day getting cruisers off and on for the next cruise.
