Review summary

This was my first Premier Cruise and I have another one book for next month. I hope the Casino Host is not the same one for that trip. I was offered an upgrade 5 days before the cruise. If I knew how screwed up things would be I would have rejected the upgrade.

Spent just a few minutes in the Terminal. It was very smooth.

Very rude waiter on first night. I ordered wine with dinner, he took my sign and sell card and came back later shouting that my card was no good, that I must be poor. Later I find out he was punching in the wrong number.

Cruised as a Premier Guest so I spent time in the casino. The Casino Host was not very good. They had drawings at 10pm that was not on the printed schedule. Unfair to the guest

I got to meet the cabin steward on the next to last day. Stuff I paid for was not in cabin when I boarded. Cabin carpet was dirty when we boarded and was not vacuumed until day 6 of cruise. messages left for steward was never answered.
