Review summary

This was my first cruise and my husbands second cruise (his first cruise was 15 years ago) The Conquest was beautfully docorated and we both enjoyed the art theme and the hanging artwork. The food always delicious. The staff were always helpful and pleasant. We both noticed how the ship was always being cleaned.

Your so right the Muster drill is a Nightmare that is made worse by people who really don't care if they keep anyone waiting but once your over that hurdle is cruise time .. we also have an issue in Australia with customs sometimes so easy other times they take there sweet time but hey they have cut back so I guess there is only so much they can do but it still doesn't put us off cruising meeting people from all over the world and seeing great places ... happy cruising guys enjoy

Disembarkation being long was probably because of customs. We were on the Conquest in March and customs was short handed. We were held up over and hour. That’s not the ships fault. Conquest is a fabulous ship. Food was delicious and hot in the MDR. Steak a perfect medium rare and was ordered every night with our family of 6. Cabin was so pretty and we our. Soon steward opened the 2 balconies so we had one huge balcony, We didn’t care too much for the shows and as much as everyone raves over Mat the cruise director, we didn’t think he was anything special. The muster drill definitely needs to be looked at as we had to stand waiting an extra 45 minutes to wait for the INCONSIDERATE people who couldn’t show up on time . Not fair for us and others who were on time. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely go on the Conquest again.
